Into The Fresh Air: How I Unwind

After a hard week of work, the one thing that really relaxes me and takes my mind off of the stresses of the week is spending some time in the fresh air taking photographs. I’ve always loved photography, and I have found it to be a great healer for my anxiety issues. I love going to my dads house to do this. He lives in the country so whenever I go to my dads at the weekends I love to spend some time in his garden just taking pictures of everything and anything. I know, gosh you sound like such a granny  Rachel. Yep. Here are a few snaps from the weekend!
