Let’s Chat: WellBeing


Hello lovees!

I feel like I haven’t blogged in absolutely ages! So we need a catch up! Today’s post is going to be a short chatty one as I haven’t been myself lately. I have been dealing with Anxiety and Depression since I was 16, and a lot of my family live with this crappy illness too. I managed to conquer it and 2015 was a fab year for me. I had come soooo far, but 2016 was deffo not my year.

Work has be stressful recently, I am currently taking over someones job whilst she goes on maternity leave , and lets just say the pressure is really getting to me. Hence, the lack of blog posts! I’m very stressed and am in need of some downtime! A spa getaway would be fully appreciated right now!

I feel like my life has been non stop  School – college – Full time job. In an ideal world, I would love to have 6 months of time to concentrate on my well being. And just enjoy life rather than being in the circle of work and stress! Anyone else feel like this?
